Biography:

Byrne is the one of the owners of TAPP Workforce Solutions and is the key driver,
responsible for the strategic direction, vision, growth, and performance for TAPP. With
more than 30 years of staffing and recruiting experience, Byrne is known for driving
innovation, operational excellence and maximizing the customer and candidate
experience. Passionate for the community he serves, Byrne has served as Chair and
Director on several boards, including; Calgary Immigration Society, Calgary Chamber of
Commerce, Alberta Talent Pool Development, Economic Development of Calgary and
most recently, Board of Directors for the Assoc. of Canadian Search, Employment and
Staffing Services.

Biography:

Dale is a seasoned HR professional with 20 year of experience within the retail sector, logistics sector

and staffing sector.  With a strong operational acumen, Dale has with ability to translate business needs into HR solutions.  Prior to opening TAPP, Dale has spent a majority of his time as a Talent Acquisition leader within The Forzani Group (Sport Chek, Atmosphere, & other divisions of FGL), ATCO Structures & Logistics and a large recruitment firm (Kelly Services & Manpower Services) recruiting for various projects across the globe (Afghanistan, Hungary, US, and Canada).
